How Your Photography Session Work?

Tell me a little about your family, the type of photography session you’re interested in, the moments that are most meaningful for you to capture, and the Melbourne suburb you’re located in.

To reserve your photography session date, I’ll send you an initial invoice and a photography agreement to review and sign. Once your invoice has been paid and the agreement is completed, your date will be officially booked. The remaining balance is due by the day of your session.

Before your session, we’ll chat about your family, your ideas and what’s most important for you to capture. We’ll discuss the best location, your outfit choices and any details that will help make your photography session feel relaxed and personal.
I’ll guide you through the planning process and answer any questions you may have, so you feel confident and prepared before the day.

On the day of your session, there is no need to worry about perfect poses or getting everyone to look at the camera. I’ll gently guide you when needed while giving your family space to interact naturally and be yourselves, capturing the connections, emotions and moments that make your story unique.
Sessions can take place in the comfort of your own home or at a beautiful outdoor Melbourne location that feels special to your family. Whether we are documenting your pregnancy, welcoming a newborn, capturing your children as they grow, bringing your extended family together, or photographing a special celebration such as a birthday, christening, baptism or milestone event, I’ll create a mix of natural photographs, candid moments and timeless portraits.

Within 10 days of your session, you’ll receive your professionally edited photographs through a private online gallery. Your gallery will include a beautiful mix of natural moments and timeless portraits that tell the story of your family.
You’ll be able to easily view, download and share your images with your loved ones — photographs that are not only kept on your phone, but can be printed, framed and enjoyed as part of your family’s story for years to come.

Yes. Extended family sessions are included in my family photography services, and there is no additional fee for bringing your loved ones together. I love capturing multi-generational family photographs — from grandparents and parents to children and grandchildren — preserving the connections and relationships between each generation.
